Defender looks ahead to Wednesday's visit to Birmingham

Taylor Harwood-Bellis is hoping the Clarets can continue their fine form on Wednesday night, as Vincent Kompany's men head to Birmingham City, in search of a third consecutive win and clean sheet.

The 20-year-old centre-back, who has played every single minute of the Sky Bet Championship campaign this season, discussed Saturday's win over Swansea, the satisfaction of clean sheets and what to expect from the Blues.

Harwood-Bellis on back-to-back clean sheets:

"It's obviously great for us to get two clean sheets in a row, they're huge for us, not just for us defenders but for the full team as well.

"We work hard as a unit and pride ourselves on that, so we will be aiming for a third consecutive one on Wednesday night."

Harwood-Bellis on last weekends 4-0 win over Swansea:

"Saturday was great, the goals, the clean sheet, the fans, being at home, it was just a class day.

"To get four goals, not concede, get three points and move top, it's really pleasing for us all.

"A perfect day for us overall, but we can't get carried away and all focus now is on the next game."

Harwood-Bellis on the Clarets supporters:

"I think i have said it a few times, they're absolutely massive for us home and away.

"We appreciate it a lot, we always hear them, it's mentioned in the team talks too, so we all know the importance of them.

"So, hopefully we can get another three points for them on Wednesday and send them home happy."

Harwood-Bellis on what to expect from Birmingham:

"It will be a tough game, it's at St Andrews and in front of their fans, so we know it will be tough.

"They're a good side and are in a bit of form themselves, but we will go there and hopefully enjoy the occasion and thrive off it and come back home with the win."
