Taylor Harwood-Bellis praised the team's togetherness on Wednesday night, as the Clarets came from 2-1 down to beat Rotherham United 3-2 in stoppage time at Turf Moor.
Added time goals from the substitution duo of Manuel Benson and Halil Dervişoğlu saw Vincent Kompany's men secure a fourth consecutive win in the Sky Bet Championship and a third comeback victory.
Post-match, Harwood-Bellis reviewed the win, hailed the connection with the support and spoke on his defensive partnership with Jordan Beyer.
Harwood-Bellis on the win:
"I thought we actually started well and played some good stuff, but then obviously we conceded, which was disappointing.
"We reacted well though and stuck to our game plan and we know if we do that the goals will come.
"The lads are class, there is so much quality within the squad and players coming off the bench and impacting games and they did that again tonight.
"So, credit to everyone again that played a part, there's a real togetherness within the group and it has showed recently."
Harwood-Bellis on the Turf Moor support:
"They just have to keep backing us, they have been amazing so far and back us all the way.
"But even when things aren't going our way, just keep supporting us and we'll get through it together.
"Hopefully they enjoy watching us play and it feels like there is a real connection between us."
Harwood-Bellis on his partnership with Jordan Beyer:
"I feel like we compliment each other well, he's really good on the ball and defensively as well.
"He's a really quick player too, which helps me and the more games we play the stronger the partnership well grow."
Harwood-Bellis on this weekend's clash with Sheffield United:
"We treat every game the same, we will rest and recover tomorrow and make sure we're ready for it.
"It will be a tough game, they're a good side and have quality players, so we know it won't be easy.
"But we have just stick to what we do and our plan and hopefully go put in a good performance."
