There have been changes in the U18s fixture list for the second half of the 2022/23 season.
As confirmed last week, Tony Philliskirk’s side will now host West Ham United in the Fourth Round of the FA Youth Cup on Saturday 21st January (1pm KO) at Shawbridge, the home of Clitheroe FC.
Accordingly, their U18 Professional Development League fixture at home against Sheffield United - which was scheduled for the same day – has now been postponed. A new date for that game will be confirmed and announced in due course.
Elsewhere, the youth team’s league game at Peterborough United – postponed last month due to a waterlogged pitch – has been re-arranged for Saturday 25th March with an 11am KO.
Lastly, Coventry City will now visit the Burnley Training Centre in the league on Saturday 8th April (1pm KO) with the initial fixture postponed last month.
Please note that the draw for the Semi-Finals of the Lancashire FA Professional Youth Cup is also set to be made shortly, and details of the Young Clarets last-four tie will be confirmed & announced in due course.
