Burnley Football Club can confirm that Lucy Farrell has joined Halifax Women on loan until the end of the 2024/25 season.
The goalkeeper spent the first half of the campaign on loan at fourth-tier side Stockport County, where she made 16 appearances in all competitions.
Her time in Greater Manchester saw her keep clean sheets against Norton & Stockton Ancients and Durham Cestria, as well as a Player of the Match performance in a 3-1 victory over Doncaster Belles.
This move represents a step up in division for the 21-year-old, who links up with Halifax manager Rob Mitchell and fellow Clarets loanee Lucy Walsh.
