Burnley's U18s side begin their FA Youth Cup campaign on Monday night (7pm) as the Clarets host Birmingham City at the County Ground, Leyland.
The sides were paired in the third round draw last month and the winner of the tie will face QPR away from home in the fourth round.
The Clarets and Blues have faced each other already twice this season from league action and the Premier League Cup with Burnley most recently defeating City in the Professional Development League.
Tony Philliskirk's side come into the tie following an impressive 3-0 victory away from home, against Crewe Alexandra in the PDL Cup, resulting in the side winning Group B. Goals came from Murray Campbell, Zach Johnson and Rohan Vaughan.
Young Clarets head to the capital
Birmingham City currently sit top of the Professional Development League North table after securing 8 wins, a loss and 3 draws.
Martyn Olorenshaw's squad return back to action as they come off a 2-1 victory against Fleetwood Town, with goals coming from Frank Tattum and Alezandro Da Silva.
The last time these teams faced each other, it was the Clarets who came out on top with a 1-0 victory played at the Burnley Training Centre.
Substitute Vernon Masara found the winner in the second half, when he hammered the ball into the top corner of the net straight past Olly Sayer, within three minutes of him playing.
Come down and support the young Clarets at Leyland with tickets priced at £3 for adults and £1 for concessions.
