Burnley Football Club can confirm defender Hannes Delcroix has joined Sky Bet Championship side Swansea City on loan until the end of the season.
The 25-year-old Belgian makes the move to the Swansea.com Stadium for the remainder of the campaign to gain match minutes and return to full fitness following a lengthy spell on the side-lines last year through injury.
