The Club's sixth signing of the summer, Josh Cullen, has been looking ahead to Saturday's game against Luton Town.
The Republic of Ireland international reflected on the positive start against the Terriers, being reunited with manager Vincent Kompany and how he's settling into life as a Claret.
Cullen on the Huddersfield result:
"We enjoyed the result and the performance but we've put that behind us. We got back to work on Monday and we've prepared for Luton on Saturday. Full focus is now on taking nothing for granted after Friday's performance.
"Having a week to prepare is valuable, it means we can get more work done. The manager is still fairly new to the job so it's given us more time to spend on the pitch together to get ideas across. We've worked hard this week and it's been good to spend more time with the lads to get used to playing with each other even more."
Cullen on Vincent Kompany:
"He's out there every day keeping an eye on things and stepping in when he feels he needs to. He is very detailed in his work and very dedicated. Being out there every day, he's always making his presence known.
"He believes in the way he works and the players here are all buying into it straight away. The way he works is the way to do it, it's very similar to how it was at Anderlecht.
"Tactically & technically I'm learning about the game every day, and just feeding off the knowledge of game he has from his playing career and the managers he has played under. At Anderlecht he gave me role as a leader which I enjoyed, he's really helped me to develop."
Cullen on settling in at Burnley:
"I've really enjoyed it. I already had links with the manager and coaching staff but the lads have been really welcoming. I feel like I've settled into group well, they're a great bunch of lads and it's just been a really enjoyable first few weeks."
Cullen on his first Turf Moor home game:
"I'm really looking forward to it. We were backed brilliantly by the fans at Huddersfield, so it'll be great to get out there and experience playing at the stadium for the first time in front of our fans. Hopefully we can send them home with a similar result to last week.
"Even though our style might have changed, teams still don’t like coming to play here. It's got traditional values, we've got to keep hold of those sorts of things, teams know they're coming for a tough game."
