Back in May, England Football, together with EE, launched the Connected Club Cup, a new eSports FIFA competition played between gamers across England.
In June, our very own Brad Colston took part in The Connected Club Cup online qualifiers and semi-finals to earn his place alongside five other finalists in the Grand Final at Wembley Stadium.
The live final, hosted in the FA Club Box at Wembley Stadium on 23rd August will see the finalists also test their skills against England footballers and Team EXCEL who have some of the nations’ eLions team on their roster.
Streamed live on England Football’s Twitch channel (Twitch.tv/England), eSports fans will be able to watch Brad and other players trick, flick and spin it out to be awarded the Connected Club Cup trophy.
The Club wish Brad all the best in the tournament.
