As part of our ongoing work to improve our customer service offering at the Ticket Office at Turf Moor, we are pleased to welcome Robert Holmes to the Club as the new Ticketing and Hospitality Senior Manager.
Robert brings a wealth of experience in sports ticketing to the role having worked for Lancashire Cricket, Ticketmaster Sport, and Sunderland AFC.
He will play an integral role in the strategic and operational delivery of ticketing at Burnley FC, working closely with Joe Darkins, the Club’s recently appointed Chief Technology Officer.
“Robert is a great addition to the team at Burnley FC. I’m looking forward to working with him to develop the ticketing experience for our fans both digitally and here at Turf Moor,” said Joe.
The Club is committed to the development of our customer service offering around ticketing and recently announced changes to our opening hours, including introducing extended hours on Thursday evenings.
