Burnley FC’s 2022/23 season away shirts will see new sponsor EMA

Burnley FC can confirm EMA Equity Partners as the Clarets official away shirt sponsor for the 2022/23 season.

The equity firm’s logo will feature on both the men’s and women’s first team away kits, and the Academy teams, in what is another exciting new partnership for the Club.

The agreement with EMA comes in the wake of last month’s announcement of Classic Football Shirts being our front of shirt sponsor for all 2022/23 home kits, as the Club continues to expand its partnership portfolio and build long-standing relationships with innovative companies both in the UK and globally.

In positive synergy with Burnley Football Club’s own aims and ambitions, EMA is a firm focused on investing in and supporting emerging and established companies located throughout the globe.

The US based equity firm has long standing relationships with dynamic companies on both sides of the Atlantic and in multiple continents, and with Burnley’s growing international brand exposure sees the partnership as consistent with EMA’s own principles, as they pursue their own mission to help and assist companies to develop and achieve their full potential and create long-term success.

Burnley FC’s Commercial Director, Gordon Kaye said: “I’m pleased to announce EMA as our official away shirt sponsor for the season.

“EMA are a fantastic new partner company, and we are delighted they have identified and recognised Burnley Football Club and its exciting project as a valuable international partner which aligns with its own core objectives. We are pleased EMA branding will be in centre position on our away kits this season and we are excited to work with EMA closely on a consistent basis.”

Burnley Football Club are pleased to welcome EMA as away shirt sponsor for the 2022/23 campaign, and can confirm that Classic Football Shirts, in addition to their being unveiled as home shirt sponsor, will also sponsor the Clarets third shirt for the 2022/23 season.
