Club launch brand-new initiative for fan feedback

We are delighted to launch Clarets View, an exciting new initiative offering supporters the opportunity to have their say on various areas of the football club, to make sure that their experience of being a Burnley FC fan is the best it can be.

Forming a key focus of the Club’s strategy, fans that sign up to Clarets View will receive regular, fortnightly short surveys on topics including matchday experience, tickets and memberships, commercial partnerships, and content & communications. Fan feedback through the surveys will then help the Club to make informed, fan-led decisions and open up the conversation on a range of relevant topics.

Chairman Alan Pace said: “As a forward-thinking club, we are always looking for progressive ways to drive Burnley FC forward and Clarets View is just one of the exciting developments we have in the pipeline.

“As Chairman, feedback and collaborating closely with fans is important to me. Burnley FC is the fans' club too and we hope that you can join us by taking part in this important new initiative, to grow and develop our football club together.”

Harriet Harbidge, Fan Experience Manager, said: “Fans are at the heart of what we do here at Burnley FC and after a lot of hard work behind the scenes, we’re delighted to be in the position to launch this exciting initiative.

“Having an open dialogue with fans ensures that we can make valuable changes and implement new ideas to make sure supporters have the best experience of being a fan of Burnley Football Club. I’d encourage fans to sign up to help us drive the Club forward and achieve great things together.”

We value supporter feedback and appreciate the commitment and passion fans show in supporting the team. As fans, Clarets View is your opportunity to help shape the football club and we want to hear from you.
