We must capitalise on opportunities we make says Bracewell
Burnley FC Women face another challenge on Sunday when they welcome Huddersfield Town Women to Lancashire FA's County Ground.
The claret women, who despite roaring to victory 4-0 against Sheffield FC Women on the opening day of the season, have endured a run of consecutive defeats against top tier opposition, Nottingham Forest, AFC Fylde and Derby County. Therefore, are hoping to bounce back against Sunday's Yorkshire visitors.
"Huddersfield have some great individual players, so we know we will need to be strong again defensively, but also capitalise on the opportunities we make," said Bracewell, who is due to rejoin the side for the encounter having come back from an injury that kept her out for the two previous games.
"We've had a tough run of games recently and results haven't gone the way we would want. However, I have full belief in the girls. We are working hard in training and on matchdays and through this work and effort I'm sure we will start to enjoy positive results."
Sunday's game against Huddersfield Town Women will take place at Lancashire FA's County Ground, Leyland. KO is 2pm and entry is free.
