Seven players from the Clarets academy are currently out on loan across the Football League & non-league pyramid.
Three of those netted goals for their loan clubs over the course of the weekend, and here’s a round-up of how they have all fared in the last seven days.
Bobby Thomas (Bristol Rovers)
Centre back Thomas netted his third goal so far this season in a 4-2 defeat at Derby County on Saturday, where all six goals came in the first half.
That came after a 1-1 draw at Sheffield Wednesday in midweek which was televised live on the Sky Sports network, and Thomas played the full 90 minutes in both matches.
The defender, who joined the Clarets in 2017, is on a season-long loan deal with Joey Barton’s Rovers

Jacson Coppack (Padiham)
Coppack’s work experience loan deal was completed last Wednesday, 26th October, and he went straight into Padiham’s squad for their trip to AFC Liverpool.
The versatile midfielder, who has been a Claret since 2020, came off the bench just before the hour-mark as the Storks lost out 2-0.
He then played the full 90 minutes on Saturday afternoon as Padiham returned to East Lancashire with a home game against Winsford United, which also ended in a narrow 2-1 defeat.
The 18-year-old is set to remain with Padiham until 21st November.

Joe McGlynn (Hyde United)
Scottish youth international McGlynn had his youth loan to Hyde completed 24 hours prior to Coppack, and just a few hours later was starting for the Tigers in their game at Stafford Rangers.
