Burnley’s U14s and U12s are looking forward to an exciting week ahead at the 1900 Cup, a prestigious youth football tournament hosted by RCD Espanyol.
Players and staff will spend four full days in Barcelona, competing against top teams from across Spain and wider Europe with the aim of bringing home a trophy.
The young Clarets will take part in an opening ceremony at RCDE Stadium, before heading to the tournament pitches for qualifying and knockout rounds.
As part of their schedule, our U14s will take on their RCDE counterparts at 2.45pm UK time on Friday 3rd April.
Other teams involved in the tournament include FC Porto, Valencia CF, SC Braga, Brighton & Hove Albion and Al-Ittihad Club.
Away from the pitch, the youngsters will make memories to last a lifetime as they explore the city streets and beautiful beaches of Barcelona.
To finish, all teams will be involved in a powerful closing ceremony where the winners of every age group will be crowned.
