At Burnley Football Club, we are truly appreciative of the fantastic support we receive on matchdays.

We want to ensure that Turf Moor is a welcoming, inclusive environment for all and as supporters we want you to join us in creating a positive environment and atmosphere.

Whilst we recognise that the majority of supporters wish to enjoy the game in a safe manner, unfortunately last season we experienced some incidents that we will not tolerate.

The safety and security of everybody attending is our number one priority and we strongly encourage all supporters to adhere to the ground regulations in place at the stadium.

At Burnley Football Club we will not tolerate abusive behaviour or hateful speech of any kind.

We condemn any conduct or statement that is discriminatory by means of race, religion or belief, gender, sexual orientation, disability, colour, or origin. We also operate a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of abusive behaviour, which may include tragedy chanting or gesture-making.

If you encounter or witness harassment or discriminatory behaviour of any form whilst at Turf Moor, or if you feel unsafe at any time, please inform a Steward or text Report to 62277 for free.

We work tirelessly and are in close liaison with Lancashire Police to ensure that any supporter found to have committed an offence will be ejected from the stadium and face sanctions which may include a stadium ban. Incidents can also lead to arrest, and the receipt of a Football Banning Order.

Safety & Security

The safety of everybody attending Turf Moor is of the utmost importance to us.

Any supporter, who attempts to invade or throw items including pyrotechnics or flares, onto the pitch or in the stands will be ejected from the stadium and may be arrested.

These actions are dangerous and illegal, and the Club will take a strong stance against anybody who endangers fellow supporters, players, staff, and officials.

We have a number of prohibited items at Turf Moor which can be found listed in our Ground Regulations.
