**By Car** Supporters are advised that road closures and parking restrictions will be in place in the vicinity of the stadium on matchdays and advice is to not drive directly to the stadium. Please do not park on residential and industrial streets surrounding the stadium, as parking enforcement will be in operation. Any illegally parked cars will incur a fine. Supporters travelling by car are advised to use car parks in the vicinity of the city centre or Bootle Strand, for onward travel to the stadium by train, shuttle bus, or on foot. Check the Mersey Tunnels website for any potential maintenance closures. You can sign-up for a T-FLOW account to help speed up travel through the tunnels and if you’re a Liverpool city region resident, you can make a saving on the regular toll price. **Accessible Parking** Everton FC provide 6 accessible parking spaces for away supporters, free of charge. To book, please contact the visiting club DAO to arrange. You must arrive to the stadium at least 2 hours before kick-off to avoid road closures and it may be a wait of over an hour post-match. There is a designated accessibility entrance with Lift Access to the concourse. Please email [accessibility@everton.com](mailto:accessibility@everton.com). The Accessibility Ticket Office is located in the south stand, with a designated accessibility ticket window. **Blue Badge Holders** For Liverpool City Council parking restrictions surrounding the stadium: In the first instance, Blue Badge holders should follow the guidance in *‘The Blue Badge scheme: rights and responsibilities in England’.* Blue Badge holders are exempt from parking restrictions and can park for as long as needed in permit parking areas, but will need to clearly display a valid Blue Badge. This is in addition to being able to park on yellow lines, unless there is a loading/unloading restriction, so long as a valid Blue Badge is displayed along with the blue parking clock and the vehicle is not causing an obstruction. Please note that road closures will be implemented on a number of roads around the stadium on event days. Supporters will not be permitted access to these streets Everton reserve the right to not permit vehicle entry to, or exit from, these roads on safety grounds. **By Train** All rail users are urged to check the Merseyrail website journey planner before travelling. Supporters travelling by train on Merseyrail’s network can use Sandhills, which is the closest station to the stadium and is around a 15-minute walk. Transport operators have confirmed there will be extra rail services and longer trains to and from Sandhills Station. A special timetable will also be in operation for matchdays, with additional train services before and after the game. A 15-minute service will operate on the Southport, Ormskirk, Hunts Cross, and Headbolt Lane lines for approximately three hours before and two hours after the match, with all available four and eight-car trains in operation. There will be some changes to the timetable on the Southport line and rail users are urged to check the Merseyrail website journey planner before travelling. There are over 4,400 free-of-charge car parking facilities at over 40 stations across the Merseyrail network. These allow supporters to use the closest available station and Park and Ride by train. The Passenger Assistance smartphone app and website can also be used to request assistance for future journeys across the National Rail network and is delivered by Transport in partnership with National Rail. At Sandhills and Liverpool City Centre stations, a crowd flow management system, similar to ones used for other major events in the city region, will be in place to help make journeys smoother and safer. The crowd flow system at Sandhills will be manned by extra staff and passengers will be guided onto the platforms when the trains arrive to avoid unnecessary congestion on the platforms. To ease passenger flow, a second entrance with a pedestrian footbridge has been installed at Sandhills. In the post-match period, when Sandhills becomes busy, some supporters may prefer to use Bank Hall, James Street or Moorfields, depending on final destination. These are 25/30 minutes’ walk from the stadium. The Old Hall Street entrance to Moorfields station will be open before and after matches (times will vary depending on day/kick-off time). Passengers are advised to check train times before travelling, plan ahead and allow more time for their journey, as they may need to queue. Passengers are also asked to respect Merseyrail colleagues, who are there to help ensure that everyone gets home as quickly and as safely as possible. **Supporter Coaches** All supporter coaches will be parked on Regent Road (north of the stadium), from the junction with Boundary Street, and north towards Bootle, with home supporter coaches parking first, followed by away supporter coaches further along Regent Road. To avoid most traffic, coach parking is best accessed from the north of the stadium. It is advised to approach from the north along Derby Road, then turn right onto Boundary Street and right onto Regent Road, to park in the designated location.
