Jordan's Inn The Money
Clarets fan lands £10,500 rollover jackpot - and Sean Dyche breaks the news to the happy pub owner
There’s more than one Jordan who can call Turf Moor his happy place!
Clarets fan Jordan Hunt has just learned of a £10,500 windfall as the Clarets Foundation rollover jackpot lottery winner.
And the 30-year-old was rendered speechless when he received a phone call from manager Sean Dyche to give him the good news.
The 30-year-old, who runs the Heys Inn in Oswaldtwistle, is a timely winner after a difficult year, which has seen the pub close twice due to the Covid regulations.
Jordan, who has been a season ticket holder at Turf Moor for 25 years and sits with his father, said: “I was just totally stunned when Sean rang to tell me about the prize.
“The money will get us through this lockdown, as we run a pub, and will also pay for Christmas for our three children, so the timing really couldn’t be better.”
Watch the moment, above, when Sean called Jordan to break the news.
You could be a winner with the Clarets lotteries. Join the Foundation or/and the Claret and Blue Bond and who knows, maybe Sean will call you next.
