INFORMATION ON ARRIVAL TO TURF MOOR
Please remember your mask, photo ID and your mobile device with your e-ticket (please make sure that your device is fully charged).
Those supporters attending the Burnley v Liverpool match are kindly asked to follow the following arrival times at Turf Moor. This is for your safety and will massively help the matchday operation.
- Blocks 4,5,6 - 45 mins before KO (Entrance A)
- Blocks 1,2,3 - 1 hour 15 mins before KO (Entrance B)

- Blocks 1,2,3 - 1 hour 15 mins before KO (Entrance F)
- Blocks 4,5,6,7 - 45 mins before KO (Entrance C)
JIMMY MCILROY LOWER
- Blocks 1,2,3 - 1 hour 15 mins before KO (Entrance E)
- Blocks 4,5,6,7 - 45 mins before KO (Entrance D)
JAMES HARGREAVES UPPER

Please note that it is essential to bring the following on matchday:
A well charged mobile device that has your QR code e-ticket, or a printed version of your QR code.
We will also require all supporters to wear a mask at all times in and around Turf Moor, unless you have an exemption.
Please also make sure you have some form of photo ID as there will be spot checks for identification.
Please kindly follow the rules laid out. These are in place for your safety, to help prevent transmission and to hopefully take the necessary steps toward a return of full stadiums in the near future.

There will be no concession kiosks open at Turf Moor, but there may be food provision externally around the vicinity of the stadium.
The Clarets Store will be open until 8.15pm, and a printed matchday programme will be available to purchase from the store on matchday.
Once inside the stadium, supporters must head straight to their allocated seats and wear face masks.
NOTICE: The club has disappointingly been made aware of some supporters offering to sell their FREE tickets. This is strictly forbidden. Anyone found selling/forwarding e-tickets may have their account suspended by the club, and anyone attempting to attend the game under another supporters details will be turned away from the stadium.

TICKET CLAIM PERIOD CLOSED
The opportunity to claim tickets for the Burnley v Liverpool match has now ended.
Thank you to everyone who applied through this process. We understand that this has been very different and we apologise to any supporters who found it difficult.
We now look forward to welcoming over 3,000 Claret fans back to Turf Moor to face Liverpool.
Any supporters who have continued issues claiming their ticket can contact the ticket office from 10am in the morning. The Ticket Office will continue to be open throughout the day, until half-time during the game.

Accessible stands / disabled supporters
Registered disabled supporters who usually sit in the accessible stands will receive a successful email. This will advise how to supply the matchday accessibility team with additional information about their needs.
Registered disabled supporters who usually sit in general admission seats will also receive a successful email, but will need to ensure that they have advised us of the details of their personal assistant in their application, or email our Supporter Liaison Officer, Anita Goodenough, on firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm who will attend with them.
