All you need to know about the return of supporters to Turf Moor in the 2021/22 season
It is welcomed by all that Premier League matches will be played in front of full crowds for the 2021/2022 Premier League season.
We now also recognise that we have a continued responsibility to stay safe and to keep others safe whilst visiting Turf Moor.
While we await detailed confirmation or further guidance upon any mandatory requirements for sporting venues, we feel it is important to set consistent standards and expectations of what we expect from our staff and supporters.
Therefore, we would like to encourage supporters to read through the information on this page.
RETURN TO TURF MOOR
Now more than ever, it is essential to make sure that the details on your club ticketing account are up to date.
We would encourage the use of e tickets to gain access to Turf Moor.
If you purcahse a ticket for a game it will preferentially be offered to be emailed to the lead booker and will include a QR code for each member of your group. These QR codes will be scanned on matchday at the turnstile, to gain access to the stadium.
To make sure that you are ready to receive your e-tickets, please follow the following steps:
1. Update your contact details
Tickets for games will now be preferentially processed digitally. Supporters must make sure that they have their online ticket account up-to-date, as tickets will be emailed to you.
2. Relink your Friends and Family to your account
The recent upgrade to the ticket system and changes to data protection laws over the past few years has meant that the ‘Friends and Family’ accounts have been reset.
Supporters now have the opportunity to link Burnley fans who they attend with together. This will allow one lead booker to buy tickets on behalf of their family and sit together on a matchday.
Please bear in mind when adding ‘Friends and Family’ there will still be a limit to how many people you can purchase for in one transaction, this will be a maximum of 6.
Update your details here and click on ‘Login/Register’, followed by Update Details. Please make sure that all your contact details are up to date.
Once you have updated your details, you have the opportunity to add ‘Friends and Family’ to your account. Please select ‘Friends and Family’. All you need to do then is add the Clarets Number, last name, and postcode of the person you would like to add.
To confirm, select ‘Add my Friends and Family’. You can repeat this process for up five people.
Once you have completed the above, you are all good to attend on matchday.
