Season Ticket renewal window opens as club confirms Season Ticket pricing structure

For decades, Turf Moor has been more than a stadium. It is much more than a game of football.From first matches with family, to lifelong friendships formed on the terraces, the tradition of attending Turf Moor remains at the heart of Burnley Football Club.As we look ahead to the 2026/27 season, our approach to Season Tickets – following an extensive and positive consultation period with the Fan Advisory Board and various supporters’ groups – has been shaped by that tradition, alongside the need to ensure long-term sustainability for the Club.For the 2026/27 campaign, we’ve worked hard to ensure that as many supporters as possible can continue to call Turf Moor home, with our approach to Season Tickets defined by our commitment to the next generation, to ensure our stadium remains one of the most accessible grounds in English football.While costs continue to rise across the country, we’ve kept changes to a minimum.

Season Ticket prices will increase by just 2.9%.
We are reshaping our youth pricing structure to make it simpler, clearer and even more welcoming for young supporters. The previous ‘Under 18’ category will be removed and replaced with a new, harmonised Under-21 Concession across the stadium, resulting in significant savings for thousands of our young supporters. This means supporters aged Under-21 can now enjoy a huge 70% saving compared to adult prices.
A Season Ticket will allow you to attend the first domestic cup home fixtures in both the Carabao Cup and Emirates FA Cup at no additional cost. This is regardless of which stage of the respective competitions’ the home tie falls. Following any home draw, supporters will need to claim their complimentary ticket – details of how to claim will be made available in due course, alongside the match ticket details announcement.
We will also be updating our Senior Concession age to 66, bringing our policy in line with the current UK State Pension age. This ensures our policies remain consistent and easy to understand for supporters.

HOW do I purchase a Season Ticket?

How do I purchase a Season Ticket?

The quickest and simplest way to purchase a Season Ticket is online (eticketing.co.uk/burnleyfc), with the renewal window open from March 23rd.

You can also renew or purchase a Season Ticket over the phone by calling 01282 704718 or in person at the Ticket Office.

How to renew your 2026/27 Season Ticket

Step 1.

To access your renewals page, select the renew now button on the carousel.

Alternatively, you can access the renewals page via your account hub by pressing the account icon and selecting renew now under your notifications.

Step 2.

Having been sent to the Season Ticket renewals page, you will be able to see your Season Tickets, as well as your friends’ and family's Season Tickets, in your account. Tick the box next for the desired Season Tickets and select add to basket.

Step 3.

Select a payment method. Here, you have the choice of purchasing your Season Ticket via a single instalment or direct debit.

How to renew Season Tickets for my Friends & Family network

To be able to renew Season Tickets on behalf of your Friends & Family members, you must be managing their account. More information on assigning permissions to Friends and Family accounts can be found here.

Head to the Season Tickets renewals page. Here, you will be able to see your Season Tickets, as well as your friends and family. Tick the box next to their name and continue with the purchase journey.

Can I request a seat move for next season?

For the 2026/27 season, there will be no dedicated seat move window as operated in previous years. A new seat move request process will be introduced.

If you wish to be considered for a seat move, you must first renew your existing Season Ticket seat. Once renewed, you will be able to submit a seat move request via a designated online form.

The Ticket Office team will review all submitted requests and will contact supporters between April 9th-17th to discuss any available options. Seat move requests cannot be submitted over the phone or in person.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that an alternative seat will be available, due to the continued high level of demand for Season Tickets.

How to view my renewed Season Ticket

Step 1.

Log onto your account here.

Step 2.

Having logged in, click on the account icon and head to your account history by selecting view account menu > account management > account history.

Step 3.

Here you will be able to see all your online, call centre and box office activities. Locate your Season Ticket by the date of purchase/renewal. (You can filter by history type - select purchase history.)

I currently pay by Direct Debit; will my Season Ticket Auto-Renew?

Yes, all Season Ticket holders that currently pay by Direct Debit will automatically renew on Tuesday 14th April, when a booking confirmation will be sent via email.

Supporters choosing to pay by Direct Debit should note a £6 management fee per Season Ticket, which reflects the additional costs associated with managing instalment payments over the season.

I currently pay for my Season Ticket via Direct Debit, but I would like to pay in full. Is this possible?

Yes, head to the Season Ticket renewals page. Here, you will be able to see your Season Tickets, follow the purchase journey and pay in full.

I have credit on my account – how do I use this to pay for some of my Season Ticket?

Any credit on your account will be automatically deducted from the cost of your Season Ticket. If you are paying for a friend or family member's ticket, and they also have credit available, this will also be automatically deducted.

I am paying for myself and my friend's Season Tickets and only want the credit to be allocated to my Season Ticket. How do I do this?

Credits are allocated to the individual supporter’s account.

Do I get Cup fixtures as part of my Season Ticket?

How will I receive my 2026/27 Season Ticket?

All 2026/27 Season Tickets will be distributed digitally as standard, available via your smartphone. Exemptions apply.

Supporters who are registered disabled; who are 70 and over; or who are Under-14, can apply for a physical Season Card by completing the form here. If you are unable to complete the online form, call the Ticket Office for assistance. The deadline for all physical card applications is 1st June.

Applying for a physical Season Card does not guarantee that the application will be successful.

Digital Season Tickets will be sent to all supporters ahead of the 2026/27 season, at a date to be confirmed.

I currently have a physical Season Ticket card from a previous season; will it be automatically activated for the 26/27 season?

No, all physical Season Ticket cards will be deactivated at the end of each season, and supporters will automatically be sent a digital ticket, available via your smartphone.If you still require a physical card and are in one of the qualifying exemption groups listed above, you can re-apply by completing an application form here.

When will I receive my Season Ticket?

Digital Season Tickets will be sent to supporters’ registered email addresses ahead of the 2026/27 season, at a date to be confirmed.

Physical Season Ticket Cards will be sent to eligible supporters at around the same time.

I am a current Season Ticket holder and am registered disabled. How do I purchase my Season Ticket?

The quickest and simplest way to purchase a Season Ticket is online. Alternatively, you can also purchase a Season Ticket over the phone by calling 01282 704718 or in person at the Ticket Office.

I qualify for a complimentary Personal Assistant (PA) ticket. Will that automatically renew?

Please note that PA Tickets will not automatically renew.

Will the state pension age categorisation remain at aged 66 going forward?

Any future changes to the state pension age categorisation will be made in line with the government’s state pension age policy.
