Spencer joined Burnley on her 18th birthday ahead of the 2025/26 season, having come through the academy at Liverpool and trained regularly with the Reds' first team. The goalkeeper represented England at the U17 FIFA World Cup and made her senior Liverpool debut as a substitute in a 2024 League Cup win over Everton. She made her Burnley bow in the FA Women's National League Cup against Chorley before moving out on loan to Liverpool Feds in November 2025, a spell later extended for the rest of the season.
