Information for all supporters attending this weekends fixture against Arsenal in the Premier League!


If you forget or lose your ticket for home games you will require Photo ID to request a reprint. If you do not provide relevant proof of identification we will be unable to print any duplicate tickets. This change has been brought in to prevent existing ticket holders experiencing unnecessary disruption at the turnstiles.

To aid the match day ticket operation, can we please ask any fans who have misplaced their season card and need a replacement to contact the ticket office as soon as possible.

All matchday ticket reprints are subject to an administration charge of £5.


Supporters who have purchased tickets in advance of the game and selected to 'COLLECT', tickets can be collected from the Ticket Collection Point which is in the Elite Training Centre located in the North Car Park adjacent to the Fanzone area. 


  • Clarets Store - 9am till kick off and 1 hour after full time
  • Ticket Office - 9.15am till half time
  • Ticket Collection Point - 9.15am till half time 
  • Turnstiles open - 13.45pm
  • Foundation lounge (exclusive to foundation members) - open at 12pm


The Barry Kilby Prostate Cancer Appeal will be collecting money around the stadium before kick off from willing supporters. Any donation made will go towards helping to fund prostate cancer testing events, which save many lives each year.

On Saturday, June 1st, The Barry Kilby Prostate Cancer Appeal will hold its sixth testing day at Turf Moor.

Also, from 2pm in the Fan Zone, Anthony B. Carter and Ryan Strange will be having their beard and head shaved, respectively, to help boost funds. To read more about the appeal and how you can dontate, please visit
Also, Sunday see's the annual 'Saving Lives' match, whereby Burnley FC have teamed up with North West Ambulance Service to highlight the importance of knowing CPR. NWAS will be in the fanzone from 12.30pm encouranging supporters to have a go at practicing CPR. A demonstration will also happen pitchside at half time. Our new Fan Zone entertainment team will be giving away a number of tickets to the first game of next season!

Over the last couple of seasons our Fan Zone has grown from strength to strength and to celebrate this our FanZone presenters will be putting together some fun competitions and challenges in the FanZone and giving these tickets away to our winners.

This Sunday the FanZone will be open from 12noon and will feature our FanZone Entertainment Team, Marquee serving Cask Ales from Bowland Brewery, The Best Burgers in Burnley, Community Team with Penalty Shoot out and Live Action football on our BIG Screen.


If you experience or are witness to any offensive or discriminatory language here at Turf Moor, you now have the opportunity to let security staff at the club know.

Simply text 'CLARETS RESPECT', followed by details (area of the ground, offense being commited etc) to 66777. This text will be directed anonomously through to the Burnley FC matchday security team.
