Burnley will round-off their pre-season preparations with an international friendly against Serie A side Parma at Turf Moor.
The Italians visit Turf Moor on Saturday, August 3 for the final warm-up game ahead of the 2019/20 Premier League season, which gets underway the following weekend.
Parma are enjoying a rennaissance in Italian football following bankruptcy and subsequent re-formation in 2015, when they were forced to compete in Serie D.
Three successive promotions duly lifted the club back into the top-flight of Italian football, where they finished joint 14th last season.
Parma will now be looking to build on their rise back to prominence and emulate their predecessors, who won the UEFA Cup twice in 1995 and 1999 and were crowned Italian Cup winners three times.
Burnley’s pre-season schedule is now complete, ahead of the players’ return to training next week.
