Burnley FC is pleased to share its Equality and Inclusion 2018/19 Season Review.

Burnley Football Club is committed to promoting equality and valuing diversity across our staff, supporters and the wider community.

Football has the ability to reach all sections of the community. We want to use the power of football to tackle discrimination and bring people together.

Burnley FC is truly ‘One Club for All’. The mission of the Club is to ensure that everyone feels welcome at Turf Moor and can enjoy football free from discrimination.

Having secured the Premier League Equality Standard Preliminary Level in October 2017, the Club continues to work towards securing the Equality Standard Intermediate Level.

Burnley FC’s stance on discrimination of any kind is one of zero-tolerance. Burnley FC is for everyone and the Clarets will continue to be advocates for equality across the Club, the community and the whole town.
