The Clarets or Aberdeen will play Turkish side Istanbul Başakşehir in the third qualifying round draw of the Europa League.
Ties will be played on 9 and 16 August with the first leg scheduled to be away from home for the winners of the second qualifying tie between Burnley and Aberdeen.
Başakşehir finished third in the Turkish Super League last season behind Istanbul rivals Fenerbahce and champions Galatasary.
