Match Guide: Arsenal

21 December 2018

Arsenal FC would like to welcome all travelling supporters to the Emirates Stadium this weekend for the Arsenal vs Burnley fixture on Saturday 22nd December

For more detailed or further information please view the Visiting Supporters Guide, which can be found HERE. Any further updates or changes will be posted on and on the official Arsenal twitter account - @Arsenal.

Getting to the Stadium

Please click the following link to visit the ‘Get to Emirates Stadium’ page on This is a useful resource that provides full information on the many ways to get to the stadium plus further links to useful sites such as the Transport for London journey planner.

We would recommend that supporters use the Transport for London twitter account @Tfl or website for transport updates.

Currently there is a planned strike on the Central Line and Waterloo & City Line on the day of the game which may affect some of your journeys.

If you are travelling by National Rail services we would recommend the use of the national rail enquires website just in case of any problems especially at this time of year.

Supporters are strongly advised not to drive to Emirates Stadium. The ground is situated in a mainly residential area with an extensive Event Day Parking Scheme in operation. Only car owners with resident's permits will be allowed to park on-street in the designated areas and any cars parked illegally will be towed away.

Security at Emirates Stadium is at a high level so please arrive early. There will be full searches and ticket inspections before entry.

The current guideline is that turnstiles will open 1 ½ hours before kick-off to allow plenty of time for access.

Please click HERE to view the list of banned items. There are no ‘left luggage’ facilities at Emirates Stadium. The nearest left luggage facilities are at Kings Cross station.

Food and Drink

Away supporters traditionally congregate in Drayton Park before and after games and there are pubs, restaurants and cafés in this area that are very welcoming to visiting fans.

Refreshments are available in the Away Supporters’ Area at Emirates Stadium from two hours ahead of afternoon matches.

There is an ‘Early Bird’ special on offer up to 45 minutes before kick-off, where you will be able to purchase a pie and pint/large soft drink for £5.

There are no cash machines inside Emirates Stadium so if you wish to purchase refreshments you are advised to bring cash. Queues to pay by card are sometimes significantly longer.

ATM machines can be found by the Tesco on Drayton Park and next to The Arsenal Highbury House store on Drayton Park.
