Claudia Walker, Millie Ravening and Thea Paul were also on target in Leyland as Matt Beard recorded a perfect start to his time in charge.
Then came a trip to Chorley in the FAWNL Cup on Thursday night in which Beard made 11 changes to his starting XI, but Burnley were still able to record a 2-0 win.
This time it was centre-back Naomi Hartley and winger Charley Docherty who put their names on the scoresheet.
Wolves have also won both their matches to date and put four past Liverpool Feds in their season opener.
The Midlanders stormed into a 3-0 half-time lead on Merseyside thanks to goals from Amber Hughes, Louanne Worsey and Beth Merrick.
Amy Sims put the icing on the cake after the break for a new-look Wolves side, with manager Dan McNamara naming five new recruits in his starting line-up.
On Wednesday night they beat Stoke City 2-1 in the FAWNL Cup thanks to Hughes’ 93rd minute winner and an earlier strike from Charlotte Greengrass.
There are some familiar faces in the Wolves squad in Anna Grey, Georgia Marshall and Worsey, who all wore the Claret shirt last season.
