TUESDAY

Burnley U21s v Barrow | Lancashire FA Senior Cup | 12pm

Andy Farrell’s team start their week with the visit of Barrow in the Lancashire FA Senior Cup.

The young Clarets lost to Barrow in the 2023/24 final of this competition, so will be keen to secure a victory.

Blackburn Rovers U17s v Burnley U17s | U17 Premier League Cup | 1pm

Tony Philliskirk’s first-year scholars travel to East Lancashire neighbours Blackburn Rovers on Tuesday afternoon, with the aim of earning three more Group E points.

The team beat Stoke City 6-0 in their opening match of this competition, with striker Destiny Okonkwo netting a hat-trick alongside further goals from Warren Taylor, James Lewis and Terry Leonard.

SATURDAY

Burnley U18s v Tottenham Hotspur U18s | U18 Premier League Cup | 11am

Some of those first-year scholars could then be involved in the U18s’ first Premier League Cup game of the season on Saturday.

Tottenham Hotspur will be at Burnley Training Centre and are likely to provide stern opposition for the young Clarets, who will be keen to bounce back from Saturday’s league defeat to Nottingham Forest.

Please note that this game is strictly behind closed doors, with no access to spectators.

SUNDAY

Burnley U21s v Chelsea U21s | Premier League 2 | 12pm

It’s a two-game week for Andy Farrell’s side, with Chelsea travelling to Burnley Training Centre for this lunchtime kick-off on Sunday.

The Clarets were victorious the last time these two sides faced off but will face a tough test this time out, with the Londoners sitting 8th in the PL2 table.

Aston Villa v Burnley | Premier League | 2pm

Scott Parker’s Clarets are on the road again this weekend, with Aston Villa the destination.

Burnley Women v Hull City Ladies | Northern Premier Division of the Women’s National League| 2pm

Burnley Women will look to harness the momentum of their 13-0 League Cup victory over Blackburn Rovers this weekend, with league action back on the agenda.

Hull City are the opponents at the County Ground, Leyland (PR25 2LF), and the Clarets could go top of the table should they win and other results go their way.

Supporters are encouraged to get behind the team in person and Burnley season ticket holders can gain entry for free by showing their season ticket at the turnstiles. Other adults are £5, while concessions are £2.50.
