Burnley v Cardiff City | Carabao Cup | 7.45pm

Scott Parker’s side switch their attention to the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night, with Sky Bet League One outfit Cardiff City visiting Turf Moor.

Cardiff City U21s v Burnley U21s | Premier League Cup | 7pm

After reaching the semi-finals of the Premier League Cup last season, Burnley U21s start this year’s campaign with a trip to Cardiff City.

The young Clarets head into it on the back of a 2-1 Premier League 2 defeat to Southampton on Friday night, so will be keen to return to winning ways.

Entry to the match at the Cardiff International Sports Stadium (CF11 8AZ) is free of charge

FRIDAY

Burnley U21s v Sunderland U21s | Premier League 2 | 7pm

In yet another two-game week, Andy Farrell’s return to Lancashire for the visit of Sunderland to the County Ground in Leyland on Friday night.

Burnley season ticket holders can claim free entry by presenting their season ticket at the turnstiles. Other adults are £5, while children are £2.50.

Our U18s were edged out by Derby County in a tight game on Saturday afternoon, so will be aiming to return to winning ways against fellow Midlanders Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

SUNDAY

Blackburn Rovers Women v Burnley Women | FA Women’s National League Cup| 2pm

Burnley Women will have their sights set on another FAWNL Cup three points when they contest an East Lancashire derby this weekend.

The Clarets sit top of Group T with two wins from two and have all-but confirmed their progression to the knockout stages.

Supporters can get behind the team in person at Clitheroe’s Loom Loft Stadium (BB7 1LZ) by paying entry on the day.
