TUESDAY

Sheffield Wednesday v Burnley | U21 Professional Development League | 1pm

A busy week of Clarets action starts with the U21s, who travel to Sheffield for their latest league fixture.

Andy Farrell’s team were last in action in the Premier League Cup a week ago today, when Tommy McDermott’s long-range strike earned a draw with Fulham.

Burnley sit sixth in the table but have games in hand on many of their counterparts, making this an opportunity to gain ground on Sheffield Wednesday who are third.

A match report will follow the final whistle on www.burnleyfootballclub.com

Burnley v Oxford United | U18 Professional Development League Cup | 1pm

Our U18s are in action at the same time, welcoming Oxford United to the Burnley Training Centre in the quarterfinals of the PDL Cup.

The Young Clarets bounced back from their FA Youth Cup defeat to Bristol City by beating Crewe Alexandra 3-2 on Saturday. Tony Philliskirk fielded a team featuring several first-year scholars, and Oli Pimlott, Ben Jordison and Calum West all found the net.

Burnley topped group B and beat Crewe 3-0 in December.

Burnley v West Didsbury & Chorlton | Lancashire FA Women’s Senior Cup Final | 7.30pm

Burnley Women will aim to retain the LFA Women’s Senior Cup when they face Manchester-based West Didsbury & Chorlton at the County Ground, Leyland.

They won the inaugural title courtesy of a 9-0 victory over Darwen FC last season and beat AFC Fylde 6-0 in this term’s semi-final.

Supporters are welcome to attend, with tickets priced at £6 for adults and £3 for concessions.

Alternatively, you can follow updates on X @BurnleyFCWomen and a match report will follow on www.burnleyfootballclub.com.

FRIDAY

Burnley v Peterborough United | U21 Professional Development League | 1pm

It’s a double game week for the U21s, who return to Lancashire for the visit of Peterborough United on Friday.

The County Ground in Leyland has been a happy hunting ground for Andy Farrell’s team in 2024, going unbeaten in the three outings to date.

SATURDAY

Burnley v Arsenal | Premier League | 3pm

Vincent Kompany’s team are back at Turf Moor this weekend, welcoming Mikel Arteta’s third-placed Arsenal.

The Clarets are aiming to bounce back from the defeat to league leaders Liverpool at Anfield, in which Dara O’Shea scored his first Premier League goal with a firm header.

Tickets are still available to purchase online or in person at the ticket office, with a minimum of 30 loyalty points required.

If you can’t make it, you can follow the game across the Club’s official social media channels and/or listen to full commentary from Phil Bird on Clarets+. A match report, reaction and highlights will follow the final whistle.
