Sean Dyche is backing his players to keep delivering on the Premier League stage now he has near full hand to select from.
After a testing start to the season which at times saw Dyche without more than a half-a-dozen senior members of his squad as they went seven games without a win, the Clarets are close to being back to full strength.
Only left-back Charlie Taylor is a doubt for Saturday’s trip to West Ham and Dyche believes the depth of talent is there for Burnley to continue fighting for their elite status.
“The squad is coming back together now,” said the Burnley boss.

“I have remarked on that with the group, not just to the media.
“When they look around, all of a sudden there are some very good players around them who are fit.
“Some of them need a bit more sharpness, but they are getting there.
“That’s pleasing and that’s had a knock-on effect with performance levels and that’s one of my many obsessions – if you get your performance levels right over a season then you will win games.
“Now we’ve got to look at that consistency to take those kind of performances all over the country – home and away.
“I think we’ve shown in this last run of games that we are getting towards that and now we’ve got to keep working.”

The Clarets pushed new leaders Manchester United all the way in mid-week before losing 1-0 to see their unbeaten four-match home run in the Premier League come to an end.
However, that was just a third defeat in 10 league games for Burnley, who are four points clear of the relegation places as they head to the mid-table Hammers to start a run of three away games in their next four league fixtures.
“There are some good players here. I’ve always believed in them,” added Dyche, who had Johann Berg Gudmundsson, Dwight McNeil, Jay Rodriguez, Matej Vydra and Jack Cork all back on league duty against United.
“Despite the noise around transfers etc etc, I have always maintained when everyone’s fit - which we are nearly there - and well and operating I think we are a good outfit.
“I’m not saying we’re the real deal, by any means, but I think we’re a decent outfit and we can take on the challenge of the Premier League.”
