Burnley Football Club can confirm that Joe Westley has joined Swindon Town on loan until the end of the 2024/25 season.
Following a stint at National League side Rochdale earlier this season, this is Westley’s first taste of senior league football.
The striker is the U21s’ top scorer this season having managed 16 goals in 18 appearances, including a strike against Peterborough United in the Professional Development League earlier this week.
He now links up with the Robins, who are managed by Ian Holloway and travel to face Newport County tomorrow night.
