First Half
The first thirty minutes of the game were tight, with both teams struggling to find the back of the net.
The Owls had the first real chance of the game when Jaruis Thornton fired a shot on target from close range, however Lewis Forshaw managed to cover the ball before it passed the back line.
Johnson tried his luck as he hammered a free-kick that was taken 25-yards outside the box, as the ball curled towards goal Owls' defender Tyrell Dawes, with the deflection resulting in it drifting wide past the far post.
Bruno Fernandes utilised the wing well as he stormed down the pitch creating a threat, however as he attempted to make his way into the box, Corey King swiftly retrieved the ball for the Clarets and found Wetshi who had an attempt at goal.
In the 42nd minute Moses found the opener for the home side, as he squeezed the ball in-between Forshaw and the post leaving Sheffield Wednesday taking the lead into the break.
