Young Clarets await Railwaymen challenge

Saturday morning will see Burnley U18s take on Crewe Alexandra in the Professional Development League.
The Clarets secured a 4-0 victory against Coventry City in their last league fixture, with Vernon Masara bagging himself a hat-trick and Rohan Vaughan finding the back of the net.
Tony Philliskirk's team come into the match on the back of a 3-0 defeat to Bristol City in the fifth round of the FA Youth Cup earlier this week.
Crewe Alexandra U18s are 2nd in the league table with nine wins, six losses and one draw.
David Vaughan's squad return to the pitch following a 5-0 league defeat against Sheffield United at Alexandra Park.
The last time these two teams met in September, Burnley claimed all three points in style with a 4-0 victory.
Jack Rogers broke the deadlock within six minutes, before Lucas Wane doubled the lead and Logan Carlin added another shortly after. Wane sealed the victory with a precise header that found the back of the net.
Supporters can attend the game at Burnley Training Centre for free, with kick-off at 11am.
If you are unable to make it, live updates will be shared on X @ClaretsAcademy and a match report will follow on burnleyfc.com.
