Hjalmar Ekdal and Michael Obafemi continue their recovery to full fitness following their respective long-term injuries. Obafemi recently featured for the U21s last month.
Manuel Benson has been absent from the Clarets’ squad since the Manchester United game, with midfielder Aaron Ramsey also suffering from a knock and remains unlikely to feature this weekend.
Josh Cullen is unavailable for selection and will serve a one-match suspension against Palace after picking up five yellow cards.
Vincent Kompany confirmed there is a chance Jordan Beyer could return in Saturday's clash but confessed striker Lyle Foster is a doubt until after the international break.
