Entering the Stadium
Fans will be greeted by West Ham United Supporter Liaison Officers (SLOs) and stewards on arrival to London Stadium. SLOs will offer support and assistance with any questions you may have.
Security and bag searches will take place on all bridges leading to the stadium. You may be requested to open your own bag to allow it to be searched. Each bridge will have a dedicated lane for accessibility supporters.
It is strongly encouraged that all supporters arrive early at the stadium to avoid missing kick-off. Supporters will be able to access the stadium island, with Club London hospitality Entrance B opening 2 hours and 30 minutes and general admission turnstiles opening 1 hours and 30 minutes before kick-off.
Once arriving at turnstile D, supporters will be required to scan their ticket either on their electronic device or as a paper ticket. If using a paper ticket, supporters will need to align the barcode with the scanner which will then allow them through the gate.
Stewards and Ticket Office staff will be on hand to assist supporters with any access requirements. They will try and resolve any issues at the turnstiles to reduce the number of supporters moving around the stadium island and prevent unnecessary visits to the Ticket Office. Should you require any assistance before entering the ground, the West Ham’s matchday Supporter Liaison Officers (SLOs) are positioned at train stations, bridges, and on the stadium island to provide directions, offer support and note any feedback from supporters on matchday. You can find SLO information points outside of the stadium opposite turnstiles G, H, D (Visiting Supporters’ turnstile).
You can access the London Stadium Map on the link below:

Bag Policy
London Stadium's bag policy discourages all supporters from bringing bags unless absolutely necessary. If you do need to bring a bag with you, please arrive early and allow plenty of time to accommodate a full search before entry. Large items of baggage, and luggage, are not permitted. Please be aware that we do not have locker facilities for supporters to store their items during their visit.
Fans with medical bags or items they have to carry with them must be searched and we do advise to arrive early to avoid inconvenience and delays. For any enquiries around medication, contact accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk or call 0333 030 1966, option 1.
Multi-faith Rooms
Two multi-faith rooms are available between blocks 103 and 104. Speak to a member of staff for access to a multi-faith room.
Flags / Banners
Should you wish to have your flag inside the stadium, please contact supporterservices@westhamunited.co.uk with your request.  You will need to provide a photo of the flag design along with the size/dimensions of the flag and confirmation of the fire safety certificate.
Please note that all flags should meet the following criteria:
  • The flag/banner is manufactured to British Standards and has been certified as fire retardant.
  • The flag/banner is no larger than two metres by two metres (discretion may be shown provided there is space inside the stadium and where the flag is stored seasonally by the Supporter Services team).
  • The banner is displayed in a suitable location and does not obstruct branding, LED panels or seats in use.
  • The content of the banner is not derogatory, nor should it contain any language or wording deemed to be potentially inflammatory or offensive to any individual or group. Additionally, defamatory, political or offensive slogans will not be permitted.
  • Kindly note that flag poles are not permitted inside the stadium, no matter what size or length the flag/pole is.
Should you arrive at London Stadium and the flag does not fall under the above guidelines, or you have not gained prior permission from Supporter Services, please note the flag will be denied entry or removed at the stadium.

The area outside of turnstile D (visiting supporters’ turnstiles) is exclusively available to away supporters after the match. This zone is in place for the safety of all supporters and to enable all supporters to leave the stadium via designated routes to train stations and the visiting supporters’ coach park.
