Information for supporters travelling to MATRADE Loftus Road Stadium

Scott Parker's men travel to QPR in their last away game of the Sky Bet Championship on Saturday.

Please note that all duplicate ticket requests will need to be emailed from the visiting Club and only government recognised ID will be accepted.

Visiting supporters may be asked to show photo ID on matchday, this is to ensure that any ticket collections or duplicates are for use of the named ticket holder.

By Car

MATRADE Loftus Road Stadium has limited matchday parking due to the London location. There may be street parking available on the roads close to the stadium but please check local road signs before parking. It is advised all supporters travelling to the ground use public transport if possible.

Please note, road closures around the stadium occur 90 minutes prior to kick-off, so please allow plenty of time for your journey.

Supporters are asked to be respectful and considerate to the residents of the local community when arriving and leaving the stadium.

Supporters are reminded to use main roads and avoid cut throughs on residential properties when travelling to MATRADE Loftus Road Stadium. Supporters’ cooperation would be greatly appreciated.

By Bus

All Transport for London (TFL) bus routes are now wheelchair accessible. Around two hours before kick-off, South Africa Road is closed. Prior to that, any bus stop on South Africa Road is advised. After the road closure, the bus stops closest to the stadium are at White City Station and Bloemfontein Road.

Supporters are asked to be respectful and considerate to the residents of the local community when arriving and leaving the stadium. By Rail

The nearest tube station is White City on the Central line, which is around a five-minute walk away.

Also, nearby (a little further along Wood Lane opposite Television Centre) is Wood Lane Station, which is on the Hammersmith & City line. It is approximately a seven-minute walk to MATRADE Loftus Road Stadium.

Alternatively, there are two other tube stations close by. Shepherd's Bush Market is on the Hammersmith & City line, Shepherd's Bush on the Central line.

The former is a 10-minute walk away from the ground, while Shepherd's Bush takes around 15 minutes to walk from.

The nearest overground train station is Shepherd's Bush, which is adjacent to the tube station. Trains from Watford Junction and Clapham Junction both stop here.

Accessing the Stadium

The stadium will open 90 minutes before the start of the match. When entering the ground visiting supporters will enter via turnstile 2 on Ellerslie Road.

Under circumstances where visiting supporters are given access to both tiers, the other entrance will be on South Africa Road via turnstile 3. If you have any ticketing enquires, the box office is located on the South Africa Road side of the stadium

Cash Machine

The nearest cash machine to the stadium is located by the shops just to the left of the Box Office. There are also cash machines inside White City station, outside the Tesco Express, next to the BBC Media Village or outside the Sainsbury’s on Bloemfontein Road.

Bag Policy

You are advised to please refrain from bringing bags where possible to MATRADE Loftus Road. Queens Park Rangers permit small bags up to the size of rucksacks, with anything larger being stored away in Alton House (to the left of the Box Office). All bags will be searched upon entry.

Academia Fanzone

Located at the Powerleague pitches on South Africa Road, the Academia FanZone features fun and games for home and away fans of all ages.

Academia Fanzone consists of a number of family activities including a speed cage, skills station, archery and face painting.

Food & Drink

There are two kiosks in the away end where supporters can purchase a wide range of alcoholic and soft drinks as well as food.

Away supporters situated in the Upper Tier will be given the access to use a space near the entrance and turnstiles during half-time. Within this space, alcohol and smoking are allowed. There will stewards in place to direct you to the allocated space.

Away Pub

There is an away supporter only bar called Belushis which is located at 13-15 Shepherd’s Bush Green, W12 8PH. This is just a short walk from Shepherd’s Bush Tube Station and a 20-minute walk from the stadium.

Shopping

Westfield London is a large shopping centre just a short walk from White City, Wood Lane & Shepherd’s Bush stations. It contains a cinema, a large selection of restaurants & bars, and flagship stores of some of the UK’s most popular retailers, which can all be found here https://uk.westfield.com/london/stores/all-stores

Accommodation

Some great accommodation options for supporters visiting QPR are the Ibis London in Shepherd’s Bush, the Travelodge Hotel near Tottenham Court Road, and the Premier Inn Hammersmith near Hammersmith tube station.

Burnley Football Club wish to take the opportunity to remind all supporters travelling to the match on Saturday and in the future, that the Club is committed to the standards, values and expectations set out by our internal values, the EFL, the Football Association and Kick It Out.

Burnley FC is One Club for All and we pride ourselves on being open, diverse and welcoming to everyone. Discrimination has no place in football, and we have a zero-tolerance approach to any supporter found breaching our Supporter Code of Conduct.

We will not tolerate any form of hate speech, offensive chanting or discriminatory behaviour, whether physical or verbal, from any supporters at home, away; while travelling to or from Club matches or events; or on social media or digital platforms. The Club will always take the necessary steps to eliminate such unacceptable behaviour; and the individual concerned will be subject to a sanction from the Club and may face arrest and subsequent prosecution.

Burnley Football Club has a zero-tolerance policy for fans entering the playing area and, as a result, any supporter who does so will be issued with a lifetime ban with immediate effect.

We urge all travelling supporters to ensure they represent our football club in a positive manner.

Discrimination of any form is not OK, and supporters are reminded that instances of discriminatory or prejudiced behaviour will not be tolerated at any game.

Any supporter found to be discriminating against anyone based on their race, sexuality, religion, gender or disability will be ejected from the stadium and may face a ban, or police action.

If you hear or are witness to anything you deem inappropriate in this regard, please report it to your nearest steward or via the Kick it Out App.

When attending MATRADE Loftus Road Stadium or any away ground, supporters are advised to please remember to behave responsibly and adhere to the following points:

• Do not throw any object onto the playing surface

• Do not use offensive language or behave in an inappropriate manner

• Do not encroach on to the playing surface

• Do not enter the stadium with any flare, firework or similar device

QPR have signed up to the EFL’s Flares and Pyrotechnics charter meaning anyone found with a flare or pyrotechnic device within the stadium will be subject to a three-year ban.

They may also be subject to criminal prosecution. Supporters are asked to assist the Club in identifying anyone behaving in an unacceptable manner by calling or texting 07557 435 421. All calls/texts will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.

Viewing Areas

There are 10 wheelchair spaces available for away supporters in Block Z6 in the Achilleus Security Stand.

Away fans who use a wheelchair enter through Turnstile Block 2 on Ellerslie Road, and not through Turnstile Block 3 on South Africa Road.

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilets are located in three of the four stands: East Paddocks, West Paddocks and The Stanley Bowles Stand.

There is a RADAR key system in place.

Guide Dogs

Guide dogs are allowed in the stadium, but it is advised that supporters with guide dogs contact the club before the match so that they can discuss with them access into the ground, facilities inside the ground and the welfare of the guide dog before, during and after the match. This can be done by contacting operations@qpr.co.uk or supporterservices@qpr.co.uk.

Visually Impaired Supporters

QPR has positions for visually impaired supporters and, if required, their personal assistants.

Match commentary is provided by a dedicated audio-described commentary, and headsets are available at the Alton House entrance on the South Africa Road. Please email operations@qpr.co.uk or supporterservices@qpr.co.uk to organise this service.

Eligibility for this concession requires supporting documentation or each person can provide a copy of their registration document which certifies they are Registered Blind or Registered Partially Sighted or provide qualifying documentation from their optician equivalent to registration requirements.

QPR strongly recommends that each visually impaired person attending a match should be accompanied by a person who is fully able to support them in the event of an emergency.

Deaf Supporters

Supporters who are deaf or hard-of-hearing can be accommodated in the stadium by various means.

Providing the QPR Box Office has been informed that the supporter is deaf or hard-of-hearing, a steward will be informed local to where they are sitting who will be on hand to help if there are any issues. If there is a stadium evacuation, or a safety notice is broadcast on the PA system, the steward will make the supporter aware. It is also strongly recommended that each deaf or hard-of-hearing person attending a match at MATRADE Loftus Road Stadium is accompanied by a person aged 16 or over who is fully able to support them in the event of an emergency.

Please be aware that due to stadium configuration, there are some areas of the ground from which the big screen is out of view, and this can be used to broadcast important messages, so for the optimal matchday experience you may wish to contact boxoffice@qpr.co.uk for advice on where best to sit.
