By Car
If you are travelling by car the quickest routes will be coming from the M4 or M5
From M5
Leave the M5 motorway at junction 18, travel along the Portway (A4) following the signs for Bristol Airport/Taunton (A38). Over the swing bridge (Brunel Way), branching left into Winterstoke Road, and left again at the traffic lights for Ashton Gate.
From M4
At junction 19, exit onto M32 towards Bristol. Continue on A4032. Turn left at A4044/Bond Street. Continue to follow A4044. At Temple Circus Gyratory, take the 2nd exit onto A4/Templegate. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A370/York Road. Continue to follow A370. Go through one roundabout. Slight left to merge onto Brunel Way. Take the next left at traffic lights for Ashton Gate.
This route directs through Bristol City Centre and journey time can be significantly increased due to traffic. Travelling along the Portway via the M5 is often considerably quicker. For the Portway, leave the M4 at junction 20 and join the M5 South-bound, then follow the above directions for M5.
Parking
There are very few parking options near Ashton Gate.
Matchday parking is limited parking available for away fans, in avonline, for £10 per car, this must be paid for in advance. We also offer a limited number of spaces to wheelchair users in the winterstoke car park at the cost of £15 per space. These are issued on a first come, first served basis so please contact supporter services in advance on 0117 9630 600 (option one) to book.
Surrounding areas
Should you utilise street parking, please be mindful of our local residents and respect all road laws. Bedminster cricket club is just a 10 minute walk from the ground. Spaces are offered on a first come first serve basis with a small fee per car. It may be closed during the cricket season.

DJ parking operates from ashton vale trading estate situated five minutes from ashton gate. Spaces are offered on a first come first serve basis with a charge of £7 per car.

Park & Ride
There is a park & ride site close to the M4 at Portway that drops off at the stadium. This service is also popular with home fans.

By Official Away Coaches
Supporters travelling on official club coaches will park at a nearby carpark called avonline which is about a 5-minute walk from the ground.
By Train
The closest station to Ashton Gate is Parson Street, a 15-minute walk from the stadium.
Parson Street is accessible from mainline stations including Bristol Temple Meads (40-minute walk to the Stadium), and Bristol Parkway (a 30-minute car journey from the stadium).
Trains run approximately every hour and the journey to Parson Street will take around two and three-quarter hours.

By Bus
From Temple Meads train station, A bus run a service from one hour before kick-off to all first team matches, the stop for Temple Meads Station is TJ. The route then goes through the centre of Bristol. The drop off / pick-up point for the stadium is on Winterstoke Road. Fares are £2 (single or return). The Ticket Office is located on the south side of the stadium in the Winterstoke car park next to the John Atyeo statue. It is open from 10am on Saturdays and from 5pm for midweek matches and will stay open 15 minutes after kick off. The ticket office deal with all ticket enquiries including those of the away supporters.
Duplicate Ticket Request
If you require a duplicate ticket, you will need to contact the Club Ticket Office prior to the matchday who will authorise us to duplicate the ticket. Tickets that have been duplicated can be collected from the Atyeo away turnstiles on the day of the game.
Tickets can be collected from the Atyeo turnstiles, once they have arrived. Please note, this collection method will need to be authorised by the Club Ticket Office so please double check beforehand.
Away Disabled Ambulant Supporters
There are 40 wheelchair and carer tickets, with all seats having unrestricted views. Ambulant/Carer tickets are normally available out of the standard ticket allocation sent to the away club. Fans who may find seating difficult or require specific help/ advice are welcome to contact the Supporter Services team.

Fan Zone
The Fan Zone is free and offers a great atmosphere with food, drink and live music 2 hours before kick-off and post-match too. Behind the Atyeo Stand (and away turnstiles) there is a dedicated Fan Village for away supporters, which offers food and drink for sale.
Food & Drink
Outside the stadium, visiting supporters will be able to purchase a range of food and drink from catering vans which are situated around the ground. You can also visit our coffee shop situated next to the club store which offers a variety of food and drinks, as well as Sports Bar & Pizzeria.
Flags & Banners
Flags and banners without poles are permitted as long as;
· They have a fire certificate,
· There is nothing controversial, discriminatory, commercial, political or contentious on the flag.
· They do not cover any advertising.
· They are up to 2m x 2m.
The Head of Safety will reserve the right to remove any banners they do not see fit.
Bags & Luggage
Small bags or back packs will be ok to take into the stadium. The contents will be examined by a steward as you enter Ashton Gate.
Larger bags / luggage cannot be taken into the stadium as there is insufficient room and such items will restrict spectator movement. We advise that you leave all items in your car/coach/hotel as there is no provision available to store any items at the stadium.
Prohibited Items
Items that are prohibited in the stadium include:
· Pyrotechnics, flares or smoke bombs
· Knives, weapons, tools (or items considered to be weapons)
· Air horns, loud hailers (megaphones) and musical instruments
· Golf and/or large umbrellas
· Canned drinks, glass
· Professional cameras (or cameras that Club staff believe in their absolute discretion to be professional), video cameras, tablet computers, selfie sticks, audio recording devices, or any other equipment that is capable of recording or transmitting any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to a match or any aspect of it
· A complete list of prohibited items is displayed at the turnstiles.
Turnstiles 
Supporters will be situated in the Atyeo Stand.
Visiting supporters are accommodated in the Atyeo Stand, with access to seats through turnstiles 39-46 (dependent on ticket allocation) up to 90 minutes before kick-off.
Away Concourse
Our caterers provide a range of refreshments which are available to purchase on the concourse before the match and at half-time. All items are sold subject to product availability. (Please note, some fixtures may be declared alcohol free, the visiting club will be advised accordingly should this be actioned)
During the match - Anti social behaviour
We recognise that most supporters come to the stadium to watch a football match and not to listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. We understand that occasionally moderate swearing can be heard, and most supporters find this reasonably acceptable.
Discriminatory behaviour which includes, shouting, chanting or actions such as racist, sectarian, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability behaviour is unacceptable.
If you witness incidents like these please get in contact with a steward as soon as you can and report your concerns.
For all first team home games, tickets for ambulant and wheelchair using supporters are priced in accordance with the standard pricing structure. Carer tickets are free, providing that you have shown your club evidence that you are in receipt of medium/high disability living allowance or enhanced rate personal independent payment.
Wheelchair using supporters will be issued tickets in blocks A13 or A12, depending on your club’s ticket allocation. These areas are ground level access and your carer will sit behind you within the wheelchair section. Wheelchair using supporters will have access to accessible toilets within the Atyeo concourse area.
 There is no specifically allocated seating for ambulant disabled supporters within the stadium. Those who require step free access are advised to speak with their club directly who will be able to advise accordingly, depending on their allocation. Please advise a steward if you require step free access into the stadium and they will guide you through the side entrances.
