Scott Parker's men kick off the new year with a trip to Brighton & Hove Albion.

If you have an issue with your ticket or misplace it prior to the game. Any duplicate ticket requests must be sent to Brighton by the Burnley FC box office.

All car parking must be pre-booked before the match at a cost of £20 per car.

Brighton & Hove Albion offer two park & ride sites around the city: Mill Road and Brighton Racecourse. Both sites are served by at least one wheelchair-accessible bus.

PARK & RIDE 1 - SATNAV: BN1 8ZF (Mill Road Park & Ride)

Mill Road is the most popular park & ride site with 450 spaces available. The car park is usually full 1.5 hours before kick-off, so if you are running late, you are advised to head to the park and ride at Brighton Racecourse site.

Make sure you follow the directions to the Mill Road site carefully, as driving past the site entrance could result in traffic congestion delays for up to 45 minutes.

Mill Road is located off the roundabout at the end of the A23 dual carriageway.

Take the exit towards the petrol station and head under the narrow bridge

Stewards and signs will direct you to the parking and bus waiting area.

If the site is full before you get there, please follow directions to Park & Ride site 2 (Brighton Racecourse) BN2 9XZ.

PARK & RIDE 2 - SATNAV BN2 9XZ (Brighton Racecourse Park & Ride)

The Brighton Racecourse site has a capacity of 700 parking spaces. Buses usually take approximately 20 minutes to reach the stadium.

Directions to Brighton Racecourse

Along your journey, follow A23/London Road south towards the city centre.

After 2.9 miles, turn left with the one-way system, with the fire station on your left. At the first set of traffic lights bear right. At the next set of traffic lights turn left. Head along Union Road with the park on your right and at the traffic lights turn left. Head immediately into the right-hand lane and at the next set of traffic lights turn right and into Elm Grove. Immediately after the hospital, turn right. On arrival at the Racecourse, stewards will direct you to a space. If you are heading to this site from the north use the directions noted above. If you are heading to the site from the east again use the directions noted above. All the roads around the stadium are very busy, please do not use Woodingdean crossroads to get to Brighton Racecourse P&R.

There are roadworks taking place at the junction of Coldean Lane and Lewes Road, which may cause delays.

Motorbike Parking

All motorbikes must park at the top of Bennetts Field. Please note, there may be a slight delay when leaving the stadium.

By Train

For all Premier League games at the Amex, Brighton & Hove Albion offer home and away fans complimentary train travel within the Free Travel Zone. Supporters must show their match ticket or season ticket card to obtain free travel. The nearest train station to the Amex is Falmer. The stadium is 250 metres from the station and has the following facilities:

· Staff available for assistance

· Step-free access via side gate to each platform

· Ramp for train access

· Step-free route between platforms

Brighton station is served by direct trains from Gatwick Airport and London Victoria, London Bridge or St. Pancras.

Trains from Brighton to Falmer take 7 minutes. Trains are very busy on a matchday and fans should try and board a train from Brighton one hour before kick-off.

By Bus

Brighton & Hove Albion offers home and away fans free travel on buses and trains within the Free Travel Zone A.

The stadium is served regularly by the number 25 bus, which stops in Village Way - the nearest stop to the stadium is The Amex Stadium. While the 23 bus stops at Knights Gate Road in Falmer Village & Falmer Station. The buses have the following facilities:

All Brighton and Hove buses are wheelchair accessible.

Each bus has suspension that is capable of being lowered to meet the level of the kerbstone.

Every bus is fitted with screens showing the name of the next stop.

Bright and easy displays on the front, rear and nearside of the buses clearly show the route number and final destination of each service.

Free travel zone – trains and buses

Home and away fans can travel for free within our free travel zone. Just present your match/season ticket to train and bus staff. Travel is permitted 3.5 hours before kick-off and must have started your journey within 3.5 hours after the final whistle.

Visiting supporters are located in the South Stand and turnstiles open 2 hours before kick-off. All away tickets for the game are via Entrance 28.

The Club will always take the necessary steps to eliminate such unacceptable behaviour; and the individual concerned will be subject to a sanction from the Club and may face arrest and subsequent prosecution.

Burnley Football Club has a zero-tolerance policy for fans entering the playing area and, as a result, any supporter who does so will be issued with a lifetime ban with immediate effect.

Bags

Large bags/suitcases and motorcycle helmets can be deposited in the bag drop facility for £5, at the owner's risk. The bag drop is located outside the Southeast entrance.

Bags larger than A4 (297mm x 210mm) will not be allowed into the stadium. Any bags left outside the stadium will be removed and disposed of.

Security checks on entry including pyro & drug dogs, searching, bag checks.

Flags need pre-approval from South Stand Manager and a fire safety certificate will need to be presented

Discrimination Reporting

Supporters are reminded to report any anti-social behaviour they witness when at the stadium.

Brighton & Hove Albion do not tolerate any forms of discriminatory behaviour including, Racist abuse, Homophobic abuse, Tragedy chanting, misogynistic & xenophobic language and Foul & abusive language. Any incidents should be reported to the Text Abuse line on 07880 196442.

The stadium is a No Smoking environment. Smoking (including the use of electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in any part of the ground and will result in ejection from the ground.

Accessible Toilets

There are 52 accessible toilets (larger cubicles) in the stadium, located in every stand and on every concourse, and one Changing Places facility. These are found in the concourses, lounges, hospitality areas and Dick’s Bar.

All accessible toilets are accessed via Radar key. If you need access to one and do not have your radar key with you, contact the nearest steward who can assist you.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome but please contact Supporter Services in advance. A dog spending area can be found on the grass bank outside of the East Stand.

Audio Description Commentary

Audio description commentary is available to supporters via the use of a receiver and headset.

Equipment can be signed out from ticket office window 1.

Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was when signed out.

Deaf Supporters / Hard of Hearing

The seating area within the stadium is fully covered by a radio-based assistive hearing system.

The system is designed for supporters who have Telecoil hearing aids, with the ‘T’ setting. The system allows supporters of varying hearing impairments to listen to both safety and matchday entertainment announcements.

Supporters wishing to use this service must visit ticket office window 1 on a matchday to sign out the neck loop and receiver.

Accessibility Stands

There are wheelchair spaces in the South Stand for visiting supporters.

There are a minimum of 17 spaces in the visitors’ stand, all of which are on a raised platform. The overall number does depend on the size of the away allocation taken.
