From the North West and South West:
We recommend that fans traveling by car from the north, exit the M6 at junction 7 and follow the signs for Birmingham A34. By turning left on to Aston Lane you will be heading towards the stadium. Car parking priced at £7 for cars is available at the Brookvale Road car park located at the junction of Tame Road (post code is B6 7DS).

From the North East and South East:
We recommend that you exit the M6 at junction 6. If you take the right hand exit at junction 6 (A38) you need to stay in the right hand lane and turn right at the island to head towards matchday parking at Powerleague. If you head closer to the stadium then car parking priced at £7 for cars is available at the Brookvale Road car park located at the junction of Tame Road (post code is B6 7DS). You will need to arrive early to avoid the Traffic Exclusion Zone if trying to access Brookvale Road. An alternative route to this site is via Aston Hall Road - Electric Avenue - Tame Road.
If you take the left hand lane (A38M) you need to stay in the left hand lane and exit the A38M at the first exit. At Park Circus (traffic island) take the second exit and matchday parking is available at the first left turn.

Residents only parking and road closures will be in operation in the area surrounding the stadium on matchdays, so please allow plenty of time for your journey and use public transport wherever possible.
By rail:
Witton station is the nearest station to Villa Park, and is also the nearest train station to the visiting supporters seating at Villa Park. As well as regular services from Birmingham New Street, Witton station offers park & ride possibilities north of Villa Park on the Walsall line.

The main bus routes serving Villa Park are the 7, 11A and 11C alight at Witton Square for the stadium. Services 65 and 67 also operate within walking distance of Villa Park please alight at Aston Railway Station. To check bus timetable information for these routes, please click here. By coach:
Free parking for away coaches is available opposite Villa Park in the Away Coach Park.
Parking for minibuses is available at Brookvale, the staff parking site on the junction of Witton Road and Tame Road - the post code is B6 7DS. Minibuses will be charged £12 per minibus.
The £12 fee for minibuses is payable in cash on the day to the third party that operate the site.
If you organise away coach or minibus travel to Villa Park please notify the West Midlands Police Football Liaison Department by emailing s.bladen@west-midlands.pnn.police.uk Road closures: Please note that in the interest of pedestrian safety, a traffic exclusion zone (TEZ) is imposed around Villa Park on match days to exclude vehicles on the following roads:
Witton Lane from the junction with Aston Hall Road to the traffic island at Witton Road, and Trinity Road between Nelson Road and Witton Lane. The zone is in operation from 90 minutes prior to kick off to approximately 30-60 minutes after the final whistle. The precise timing is dependent upon traffic and pedestrian movement on the affected roads.
Residents’ parking zones are in operation on match days. We strongly advise all supporters to use official car parks and avoid parking in residential areas. You will avoid the parking fine of £60 which you will incur for parking within the residents’ zones.
Ticket office: The Paxton House Ticket Office will be open up to four hours before kick-off and to the end of half time - please note, we shall only be able to deal with queries relating specifically to that day’s fixture. The ticket office is located directly next to the stadium in the north-west corner. It is clearly signposted, and Fanbassadors can also direct you there.
Stadium entry: Turnstiles will open at 6:30pm.
The away fans section at Villa Park is located in the north east corner of the Doug Ellis Stand. The allocation is split in to two areas:
Doug Ellis Lower – Block Q
Doug Ellis Upper – Block P
Cashless payments: All payments at Villa Park are cashless with all major credit and debit card and mobile payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted.
Food and beverages: Food and drink outlets serve a wide range of food, including traditional fan favourites. Please contact Aston Villa if you have specific dietary requirements.
Sale of Alcohol: The club is licensed to sell alcohol in the Doug Ellis Lower - Block Q only (alcohol will not be available in Doug Ellis Upper - Block P). Please note that no transfers can be permitted.
Bag policy: Smaller bags will be permitted into Villa Park. The contents will be examined by a steward upon entry.
Aston Villa is unable to offer any kind of storage facility for bags, backpacks or luggage deemed too large to enter the stadium. Where possible, please do not bring any kind of bag.
Flags and banners: Flags and banners are welcome at Villa Park, but will need to be approved at least three days prior to your visit. Requests to submit flags for pre-approval should be directed to lee.preece@avfc.co.uk. Smoking: Please note that smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere across the stadium campus.
Programmes: Supporters in the Doug Ellis Upper Tier - Block P who would like to purchase a matchday programme are encouraged to do so from one of the official programme kiosks location on Witton Lane prior to entering the stadium. Due to limited facilities within the Upper Tier concourse area, it is not always feasible for programmes to be sold in this area.
Reporting anti-social behaviour: Aston Villa operates a zero tolerance approach to anti-social behaviour in any form and expects all supporters to treat each other with respect. If you witness or experience any behaviour in the stadium which you believe falls below the standard that you would expect, we encourage you to report it as soon as possible.
If you witness any form of anti-social, abusive or discriminatory behaviour, supporters are Villa Park can text REPORT to 60060 along with the location of the incident and details of what you have witnessed using one of the key words below to enable a prompt response.
The text service will be supported by our security team and West Midlands Police. Each text costs one standard message at your network rate. The club may share your details with West Midlands Police if further information is required to assist with a criminal prosecution.

Please note that accessible parking cannot be purchased on the day of the game. Please contact Aston Villa's Disability Access Officer for further information.
Stadium entry: The accessible entrance for visiting supporters is located within the away section in the lower Doug Ellis stand, Q Blocks. The wheelchair user positions are pitchside and have little cover - ponchos, subject to availability, are available during inclement weather. We recommend checking the forecast before travelling.
Wheelchair users can access the stadium via Gate 28, which is located next to the away ticket office and turnstiles.
Bag policy: Supporters with a medical condition which requires bringing a bag or other equipment can request a medical exemption by emailing anthony.richards@avfc.co.uk. A British Sign Language Interpreter (level 2) is available at the Villa Village ticket office on matchday.
Accessible toilet facilities: Aston Villa have three accessible toilets located in the Doug Ellis Lower section, one is in Q3 concourse area and two new accessible toilets are located via the accessible entrance in Q1/2.
The facilities are designed to give visitors independent use and can only be accessed with a Radar Key which can be obtained from any steward patrolling the area.
Audio commentary: Audio descriptive commentary headsets are available to collect from the ticket office.
