Burnley travel to Anfield on Saturday for their first away fixture of the Premier League season.
The Clarets pulled off a famous win at Anfield in January to end Liverpool’s incredible 68-game unbeaten home run in the Premier League. Ashley Barnes got the only goal from the penalty spot.
It will be the first full house at Anfield since the Reds' Champions League defeat to an Atletico Madrid side that featured ex-Claret Kieran Trippier in March 2020.
Players seem to relish trips to Anfield and Clarets' captain Ben Mee is no different.
“It’s one of the best grounds to go and play at," said Mee.
"We are looking forward to going there this weekend for sure. It will be the first league game in front of a full house. It will be really exciting to go and play in front of that crowd.

“It’s not a Champions League night but it’s a fantastic atmosphere no matter what time you play. It certainly gets the adrenalin flowing.”
Jurgen Klopp’s side had a grandstand finish to last season, winning their last five games to finish third and qualify for the Champions League.
Mee knows it will be a tough test.
“Their tails will be up. It’s the first league game back at Anfield. We need to be solid and confident and have courage on the ball. We need to really work hard, stay solid, work from our shape and take our chances when we can,” he added.
Liverpool welcomed back Virgil van Dijk and Joel Matip for their 3-0 opening-day win at Carrow Road. Diogo Jota, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah scored the goals.

And Mee, who is closing in on a double-century of Premier League appearances for the Clarets, appreciates the quality in the home side.
“They have plenty of players coming back into their side," said the defender.
“You’ve got to enjoy coming up against these players. That’s why we play football to test ourselves. I personally enjoy defending against top-class players. It’s one to look forward to, and try and test ourselves against them.”
The skipper looked back on last season’s remarkable win, Burnley’s first at Anfield since 1974.
“It was a big boost, a massive win for us. They hadn’t been beaten there for a long time,” said Mee.
“To get the win there, it was a backs to the wall job. We rode our luck a little bit and managed to get the goal late on. It was a good defensive performance from us. Everyone dug in for each other. It was a massive boost for us.”
