How our store will operate during the second lockdown

2020-11-03T16:50:28.051Z

The Turf Moor Clarets Store will close early

Due to the Government restrictions that have been put in place, our Turf Moor store will be closed from Thursday 5th November - Wednesday 2nd December (the Charter Walk store remains closed). However, we will still be taking orders online as we have a small team working to pick and pack orders.

Throughout lockdown, we will have free UK standard delivery on all items. We will also have offers available over the next few weeks, in time for Christmas.

Covid-19 protocols Since the start of the first lockdown back in March, we have taken all of the necessary precautions to make sure we have the highest standards of health and safety for our employees and customers.

Personalisation service We will still be offering personalisation on shirts, which is available for you to do on our website.

Deliveries and returns We are only offering standard delivery at the moment and this is free on all UK orders.

International delivery is still available at a cost - this information can be found on our store website.

Please note: There will be a slight delay in orders being dispatched due to the restrictions - we will have a smaller team working hard to try and get out as many orders as possible. Please be patient with us as we aim to get all orders out as quickly as possible.

We have extended our returns policy to 60 days (from 30) whilst the lockdown is in place.

Contact us If you are experiencing problems with the website or you have any questions about your order, please get in touch with our store team by emailing claretsstore@burnleyfc.com - a member of our team will aim to respond as quickly as possible.

We are grateful for your continued support during this testing time and look forward to welcoming you back into our stores when we are allowed to reopen. We will continue to keep in touch, sharing our news, latest collections and offers via our social media channels and website.

Please stay at home and stay safe.
