Burnley Football Club is delighted to announce a freeze on season ticket prices for the 2025/26 season.

Announcing the news at the Club’s Fan Forum at Burnley College earlier this evening, Chairman Alan Pace said:

“We were keen to share our plans with the fans as early as possible and freezing season ticket prices for next season is our way of saying thank you for their extraordinary support.”

“We are in constant dialogue around pricing with the Fan Advisory Board and we’ve also heard from many more of our supporters at tonight’s Fan Forum, who have welcomed this news.”

The offer is initially open to all current season ticket holders throughout the month of January 2025. They will be able to purchase using the Direct Debit auto-renew option or by logging in to Ticketmaster to pay for next season upfront.

If you pay by Direct Debit, your season ticket will be automatically renewed for the 2025/26 season on Monday 3rd February 2025.

Any auto-renewed Direct Debit season ticket holder will receive an email to confirm renewal and fans can expect their first instalment for the 2025/26 season to be paid on or around Thursday 1st May 2025.

Are there any other changes that I need to be aware of?

The under-22 age category will become an under-21 category in order to bring it in line with traditional full-time education brackets.

Can I use my ticket credit balance toward the price of my season ticket renewal?

Yes. This is easy to do online by simply selecting the option to use your ticket credit.

You can pay in full using ticket credit if you have enough credit in your account.

You can pay in part using ticket credit, regardless of whether you choose to pay the remainder via Direct Debit or by card payment.

If you don’t use your ticket credit for your season ticket renewal, your balance will be carried forward and can be used for other ticketing purchases in the future.

If you choose to opt-in to auto-renewing for a 2025/26 season ticket, you will not be able to pay using your ticket credit balance. The auto-renewal option is only available for payments made in full using either Debit/Credit Card or Direct Debit.

Can I change my mind if I choose the auto-renewal option?

Yes. There will be an option under account management in your online ticketing account, where you can change your auto-renewal status.

If I sign up for auto-renewals, when will payment be taken for my 2025/26 season ticket?

If you choose to pay by Direct Debit, your 12-month Direct Debit will automatically start again on or around Thursday 1st May 2025.

Can I swap my seat?

Yes! There will be a seat swap day for season ticket holders to move seats on Thursday 6th February 2025.

I don’t currently have a season ticket – but would like to buy one.

Any remaining season tickets will then be made available to 2024/25 Burnley FC Members and those on the waiting list from Thursday 6th February 2025. A general sale will follow from Friday 14th February 2025.
