Burnley were denied all three points late on at the New York Stadium on Tuesday night as the Clarets drew 2-2 with Rotherham United.
Scott Twine opened the scoring with a sweet volley on the 26th minute mark before a Millers corner deflected off Vitinho and into the back of the net to pull the scores level just before the break.
Manuel Benson was then introduced with 20 minutes to play and the Belgian winger cut inside and curled home a fantastic strike into the far corner, before Georgie Kelly turned the ball home from close range with five minutes to play for the hosts.
Manager Vincent Kompany altered his side and made three changes from Saturday’s goalless draw at Reading.
Ian Maatsen returned to the side at left-back for Charlie Taylor with Anass Zaroury and Vitinho coming in for Nathan Tella and Manuel Benson in attack.
First Half
It took just five minutes for the Clarets to carve open their first opportunity of the game when Zaroury’s cut-back to Roberts on the edge of the area was denied by the legs of Vickers.

United forced their first corner of the night when Ferguson’s teasing cross into the area aiming for Ogbene at the back post was headed away by Maatsen.
After dominating possession and controlling the opening 20 minutes in South Yorkshire, Burnley got their deserved opener when Roberts picked out Twine inside the area to volley home into the bottom corner.
Vitinho tried his luck shortly after but the Brazilian’s effort from outside the box sailed over the cross bar before Al-Dakhil then steered a corner wide of the post.
But in stoppage time of the first half Rotherham equalised, as Ferguson’s curling corner reached the back post taking a deflection off Vitinho and trickling into the back of the net.

Second Half
It took just two minutes into the second half for the Clarets to spark their attack in search of the lead, when Gudmundsson’s well-hit strike from inside the area was palmed away by the hands of Hemfrey.
Millers substitute Kelly then tested Peacock-Farrell with a snapshot from just six-yards out but the Northern Ireland international had it covered.
Just before the hour mark, Roberts was next up to fire at goal as his stinging shot from the edge of the box was pushed away by Hemfrey.
Minutes later, Beyer saw his close-range header from Gudmundsson’s corner denied once again by Hemfrey as the Clarets applied the pressure on United.
Gudmundsson then guided Roberts' pin-point cross just wide of the post as Kompany's men pushed for their second goal of the night.

The visitors were cruising in attack and with 15 minutes to play Twine came a whisker-away from grabbing his second but his dinked effort fizzed wide across the face of goal.
Kompany then turned to his bench ahead of the final 10 minutes and introduced Barnes and Obafemi as the Clarets continued their push for a winning goal.
With just 10 minutes left on the clock Benson then worked his magic and cut inside on his left foot and picked out the bottom corner past a stranded Hemfrey to give Burnley the lead.
But just five minutes later the hosts had their equaliser as Kelly fired in low past Peacock-Farrell to pull the scores level.
