Friday evening sees Burnley travel to Hertfordshire to take on Watford live in front of the Sky Sports cameras (8pm kick-off).
Vincent Kompany’s side have enjoyed a positive start to the campaign, winning 1-0 away at Huddersfield Town on the opening night and taking a point at Turf Moor last Saturday from a 1-1 draw with Luton Town.
With the transfer window still open, additions continue to come, and this week the Clarets have bolstered their ranks with the addition of Nathan Tella on a season-long loan from Southampton. He is eligible and in contention to make his debut against the Hornets.
The side will be backed by over 1200 of you at Watford. We can’t thank you enough for your fantastic support.

Watford
Relegated alongside Burnley last season, Watford have retained the core of their squad and in their bid to get back to the Premier League, have had an identical start to life in the Sky Bet Championship.
Beating Sheffield United 1-0 in their first game of the campaign, the Hornets – now managed by Rob Edwards who joined from Forest Green Rovers this summer – drew 1-1 at West Bromwich Albion on Monday night.
Edwards led Forest Green to the Sky Bet League Two title last season, and now in position at Vicarage Road has added Hamza Choudhury on a season-long loan from Leicester City this week.
The midfielder adds to summer signings Mario Gaspar & Rey Manaj, who joined from La Liga outfits Villarreal and Barcelona respectively.
The Last Time We Met
Between the time of kick-off when the two sides last met, and kick-off come 20:00 tonight, there will have been a period of just 104 days & five hours.
The Clarets last travelled to Vicarage Road on April 30 this year, running out 2-1 winners in the most dramatic of fashions.
Trailing to an early James Tarkowski own goal, Burnley turned it around in the final 10 minutes.
Jack Cork first equalised on 83 minutes with a diving header before Josh Brownhill fired home the winner three minutes later, running the full length of the pitch to go and celebrate in front of a sold-out away end.
