Burnley play out the last of three home games in seven days on Tuesday night when Watford make the trip to Turf Moor (8pm KO).
Having beaten Ipswich Town 2-1 in an Emirates FA Cup replay last Tuesday, the Clarets then won 3-0 against Preston North End on Saturday afternoon in BB10.
Nathan Tella was the man of the moment in both of those victories, scoring all five goals across the two games including a hat-trick against the Lilywhites. His tally for the campaign in all competitions now sits at 14.
Vincent Kompany’s side are top of the Sky Bet Championship, 17 points clear in the automatic promotion places.

Watford
The Hornets were relegated alongside Burnley last season, and are in the promotion mix for an immediate return to the Premier League despite a rocky start to the campaign.
Having hired Rob Edwards in the vacant managerial position at Vicarage Road in the summer, Watford relieved him of his duties at the back end of September and appointed ex-West Ham United boss Slaven Bilić to the hotseat.
Steady progression has followed, and ahead of their trip to Turf Moor, the ‘Golden Boys’ are now 6th in the table, 15 points outside the automatic promotion spots.
The weekend just gone saw Bilić’s men draw 1-1 at home against Blackburn Rovers with Dutch centre back Wesley Hoedt on the scoresheet.
The Last Time we Met
Watford were the first side to defeat the Clarets this season, taking a 1-0 victory at Vicarage Road in August with Tom Cleverley’s strike on the verge of half time the difference.

Since, only one other side – Sheffield United - has beaten Kompany’s men in the league.
Prior to that game, Burnley had gone five games against the Hornets without defeat including four wins.
Tuesday’s visitors have won just one of their last 13 trips to Turf Moor.
