Burnley will look to make it two from two for the first time this season in a double game week when Reading visit Turf Moor on Saturday afternoon (29th October, 3PM KO).
On Tuesday night, the Clarets beat Norwich City 1-0 in a game which had been re-arranged from last month.
Jay Rodriguez was the match winner against the Canaries, striking his 50th league goal for the Club from the penalty spot with 10 minutes remaining.
Extending the unbeaten run to 14 Sky Bet Championship games, and picking up a second successive victory, the result has Vincent Kompany’s side top of the table at the time of writing.

Reading
Currently in their 10th consecutive campaign at Championship level, the Royals  have only once come close to a Premier League return when they lost the play-off final to Huddersfield Town in May 2017.
Appointed as interim manager in February, Paul Ince guided the Berkshire outfit to safety - by four points - and took the helm on a permanent basis over the summer.
Under Ince, Reading have this term started considerably better and are 8th with 25 points from 16 games at the time of writing.
And although they are on a run of one win in five ahead of their trip to East Lancashire, the one for Reading came last time out with a 2-0 success at home against Bristol City with goals from FC Porto loanee Mamadou Loum & ex-England international Andy Carroll.
The Last Time we Met
PREVIEW: BURNLEY V READING - Image 2
As with many of the opponents the Clarets are coming up against this season, the last meeting with Reading came in the 2015/16 campaign which saw Burnley earn promotion to the Premier League.
That season, the Royals - managed by Steve Clarke - took a 2-1 win at Turf Moor in  September 2015 before in the pair’s most recent meeting, they drew 0-0 in Berkshire. By the time that game came around in February 2016, Reading had undergone a change in management and were headed up by Brian McDermott.
Burnley’s most recent win over this Saturday’s opponents came in October 2013, when the Clarets ran out 2-1 winners at Turf Moor. Danny Ings & Sam Vokes were on the scoresheet that afternoon.
