Clarets take on the Terriers at Turf Moor

Burnley return to a near-full capacity Turf Moor on Saturday (3:00pm) hosting Huddersfield Town in the Sky Bet Championship.

The Clarets drew 1-1 at Millwall on Tuesday night as Tom Bradshaw's late equaliser cancelled out Ashley Barnes' opener and denied the visitors all three points but the unbeaten league run continues and was extended to 13 games.

Vincent Kompany's side are still unbeaten at home all season scoring 36 goals and gaining 41 points.

Burnley remain top of the Sky Bet Championship table, 12 points clear of second placed Sheffield United and 16 ahead of third place Middlesbrough.

Huddersfield Town

Former Town boss Neil Warnock re-joined the club as manager last week and won his first game in charge against Birmingham City.

Despite conceding early on to a Troy Deeney strike, goals from Joseph Hungbo and Jaheim Headley secured the turnaround and victory for the West Yorkshire side in a 2-1 win at the John Smith's Stadium.

The Terriers currently sit 22nd in the Championship joint level on 31 points with Wigan and Blackpool in the relegation places and a win this weekend for the visitors would see the gap close to just a point.

The Last Time we met:

The Clarets faced Huddersfield on the opening day of the season back in July where an Ian Maatsen goal sealed Kompany's first win as Burnley boss in a 1-0 victory.

Last time Burnley entertained the Terriers at Turf Moor was just over a year ago when the Yorkshire side ran out 2-1 winners in an Emirates FA Cup tie.
