Burnley make their return to Turf Moor, 18 days after the last home game, when Bristol City make the trip to East Lancashire on Saturday afternoon for a 15:00 kick-off.
This will be the Clarets second game of the week having taken a point on the road in a 1-1 Lancashire derby draw at Preston North End on Tuesday night as Taylor Harwood-Bellis headed home his first goal for the Club.
Vincent Kompany and his side remain 5th in the Championship table ahead of Saturday’s game, taking 14 points from their first 9 games of the campaign and have still only suffered one defeat.
With the Robins visit a first home game for Burnley since the sad passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Club will pay their tributes both before and during the contest.
A minute’s silence will be held pre-match, with the national anthem - God Save The King - also being sung by Gavin Young before the game gets underway. As they did on Tuesday at Preston, players and staff will wear black armbands throughout.

Bristol City
Having been appointed in February, Nigel Pearson guided City to what was a comfortable survival last term come the end of a disappointing campaign.
This season though, after losing their first two, the Robins had been unbeaten in six league games until Wednesday evening when they lost 3-2 away at high-flying Norwich City.

Goals from Tommy Conway and Antoine Semenyo weren’t enough to earn any points at Carrow Road. Pearson’s side now sit 7th with the same points total from the same amount of games as the Clarets, 8th placed Queens Park Rangers & 6th placed Sunderland.
The Last Time We Met
Burnley have enjoyed a run of five consecutive wins against Saturday’s opponents, four of those coming in the second division.
Most recently though, the two clubs met in the fourth round of the FA Cup at Turf Moor in January 2017 when the Clarets progressed with a routine 2-0 victory.

Belgian Steven Defour was the standout that afternoon, setting up Sam Vokes for the opener in the first half before sealing the win late on with a fine goal of his own, finishing off a swift counter-attacking move with a deft chip over Robins’ goalkeeper Fabian Giefer.
Former Robin Josh Brownhill played the full 90 minutes for the visitors, signing at Turf Moor three years later.
