The Burnley squad were back at it in Portugal on Friday morning, pounding the training pitches once again following a rare afternoon off on Thursday.
After four gruelling days, Scott Parker's Clarets were given some well-deserved time off on Thursday afternoon, in the wake of a short recovery session earlier in the day.
A group of players and staff headed for the lush fairways of the iconic Quinta do Lago South golf course, while others opted for a spot of tennis and padel at The Campus high performance centre.
The remainder enjoyed some downtime at The Shack - a nearby lakeside hangout - making the most of a beautiful afternoon in the Algarve, before a Talent Show at the team hotel in the evening continued the team bonding, which is so important at this stage of pre-season.
But the free time was over on Friday morning, as the players returned to their training ground headquarters, undergoing an intense two-hour session in slightly cooler conditions, as the hard work continues, ahead of the teams' return to the UK on Saturday afternoon.
